Fully customized personal health and fitness training taking into consideration that the whole person, past, present and future habits and goals are considered. Not just focusing on the standard fitness training but we look at the condition of a client’s body both inside and out.
Holistic Personal Training will:
- address the postural deficits,
- any musculo-skeletal imbalances,
- discover poor lifestyle choices,
- analyse sleep patterns,
- plan food intake,
- examine use of medications,
- identify any conditions that may be causing undue stress,
- hydration,
- thought patterns (paradigms) controlling actions,
Starting with a full consultation analyzing the above we then discuss your specific goals and create a training program to work towards them.
These sessions can be done in your home, home gym or preferred location.
Combining different training methods such as:
- strengthening with body weight, core, free weights, resistance bands, TRX, cable machines,
- fat loss with HIIT, cardio exercises
- improve posture with Yoga, Pilates, resistance bands, core
- imbalances and stabilizing with Pilates, core and yoga
- body sculpting with resistance bands, body weight and weights
- mind work with guided meditations and hypnosis
- diet and nutrition by analyzing diet strengths, weaknesses and advising on meal plans
